Our main chapel provides an atmosphere of traditionalism. We have a spacious foyer area designed to handle five visitation plans. Our visitation rooms are large with soundproofing partitions. We are proud of our ample hallways capable of handling two-way traffic conditions with some curio items to catch your interest while visiting.

Our selection room is the epitome of the future of funeral service. Instead of bombarding you with a room full of caskets, we provide a less stressful environment of some full caskets. Then, we show wall mount cuts of others that can easily obtained. If you are still looking for something that we don't show, we have up-to-date books and computer accessibility to get various looks and price ranges from our suppliers that can possibly be delivered the same day or next day service. The selection room also provides our vaults, urns, clothing, and other accessory items to give this difficult experience more meaning."

Our slumber viewing room is a new concept in funeral service.. It is large enough to provide all the privacy for a short viewing or large enough for a smaller visitation option when families select cremation. Embalming can be selected or not for this area. We do require that viewing times fit within our open hours of operation during the first twenty-four period after death if embalming is not selected.

We are fortunate to have abundant parking for our facilities. Our location is easily accessable on Dale Earnhardt Blvd. from any major traffic arteries in the south central area of North Carolina. We pride outselves as being a 'regional funeral home' capable of servicing families in all of Cabarrus, Rowan, and portions of northeastern Mecklenburg counties. It is our mission statement to be available for all people regardless of their home locations, traditional or cremation preferences, race, or religion.

Our Annex Chapel provides families with a comtempory look for those that want to get away from a traditional atmosphere during bereavement time. Our heavily windowed foyer, chapel with audio-visual options, and visitation areas are uniquely designed to allow natural sunlight to illuminate the premises. Our kitchen and dining room area offer an opportunity to have a bereavement meal in conjuction with their service plans. Our outdoor fountain and pavilion area are under cover for visitors to congregate prior to and after services even during inclement weather.

Whitley's Event Center is actually our entire annex building to rent for people in the community for weddings, receptions, reunions, or other significant occasions. Our contemporary facility offers a look that with the funeral furnishings removed could pass as any modern municipal building, fellowship hall, or banquet room capable of serving up to 150 people. We provide a caterer or you can select the caterer of your choice to fashion a memorable experience for a fraction of the costs that most large hotels would charge for a ballroom.
