Terry Mike Perkins

Terry Michael ”Mike” Perkins, 65, of Kannapolis passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.

Visitation will be held at Whitley’s Funeral Home on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A graveside service to follow will be held at Carolina Memorial Park at 11:30 am with Rev. Barry N. Sutton officiating.

Mike was born on August 4, 1954 in Mooresville NC, to the late Aaron “Willie” Perkins Sr. of Kannapolis and Shirley Sweatte Perkins of Kannapolis, NC.

Mike, known as Superman, was known for his love of comics, music, and his family.

Mike will be lovingly remembered by his wife Christine Perkins, his mother, his son Micah Perkins (Jamie) of Kannapolis, his two daughters Kristi Sutton (Adam) of Fort Mill,  Grace Perkins (Jeremy) of China Grove, his grandson Joel Reyes of Fort Mill, two granddaughters Jasmine and Kali Prince of Kannapolis and his two brothers Aaron Perkins of Johnson City TN and Jeff Perkins of Topsail Beach.
