Terry Ann Lackey Patrick, 65, of Salisbury, peacefully passed away at her home Tuesday morning, September 14, 2021.

Terry was born May 11, 1956, in Cabarrus County, to the late Chester and Jackie Hamrick Bost. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her much loved twin sister, Sherry Bost Trexler.

Terry had been in the food service industry, having worked as a waitress for various local restaurants. She enjoyed watching her TV programs and loved trips to the beach. A loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend of many, Terry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family members left with cherished memories included her children, Jamie Forstrom (Jeremy) and Dustin Lackey; her sister, Sheila Bost Beaver (Mike); grandchildren, Dylan Lackey (Courtney), Taylor Jester (Patrick), Peyton and Abigail Forstrom, and Talon and Nori Lackey; 2 great-grandchildren and extended family members.

A memorial service to remember and celebrate Terry's life will be held at a later date.
