Terrence Mark DuSell, Jr.

Cornelius- Terrence “Terry” Mark DuSell, Jr., 34, passed away Saturday morning, August 10, 2019, at CMC-Main, following a long courageous battle with a lung disorder. Born December 7, 1984, in Charlotte, NC, Terry was the son of Mary Ann Andrews Dusell and the late Terrence Mark DuSell, Sr. He was also preceded in death by a grandmother, Louise Hannon. Terrence had a passion and love for people. A beautiful soul who was loved by many, his love will live on in others. Terry’s kind and personable demeanor served him well as he compassionately served the Cornelius community. He enjoyed volunteering with Bella Love, and also enjoyed basketball and fishing. Gone too soon, Terry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Family members left with cherished memories include his parents, David and Mary Ann Hannon; his brother, Wesley DuSell; his sisters, Madie Hannon, Katherine Hall, Claire and Grace DuSell; his grandparents, Terrence Eugene DuSell (Adrienne), Carole DuSell, Olan Hannon and Doris Jackson; special aunts, Stephanie Wolsfelt (Kevin) and Chris DuSell (Ron), and extended family members. A celebration of life service will begin at 1:00 PM Thursday, August 15, 2019, at Brick Row, 19725 Oak Street, #9, Cornelius, NC 28031, conducted by Pastors Brian Hancock and Tyler Garvey. A reception gathering of family and friends will immediately follow the celebration service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Terry’s name to Bella Love, c/o Mary Ann Hannon, 12325 NC Hwy 801, Mt. Ulla, NC 28125.
