Sharon Crowell

Sharon Crowell, 73, of Concord, passed away August 16, 2022 at the Greens at Concord.

She was born June 14, 1949 in Cabarrus Co. to the Late William Guy Brafford and Eva Mayfield Winecoff Brafford.

Sharon worked as a teacher for 30 years 26 of those years were with Cabarrus Co. Schools. She enjoyed music, and teaching the children at church about God, the church was her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents and also a brother Bill Brafford

Those left to cherish her memory, her husband of 49 years Richard Crowell, daughter, Eva Jayne, son Joshua Crowell both of Charleston, SC, three granddaughters, Louisa, Julia, Lucy Kate, brothers Dwight Brafford, Rick Brafford and one sister Barbara Weatherby.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, August 20, at Carolina Memorial Park, with Rev. Glynn Weatherby Jr. officiating.
