Paula Ann Murphy

Paula Ann Berkeyheiser Murphy, 61, of China Grove, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022 after a period of declining health. Born, August 27, 1960 in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Albon and Marlene Duke Berkeyheiser.
Paula loved bingo, shopping, gardening, but her greatest love was spending time with her family.
Paula is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Larry Murphy; two children, Daniel Murphy of Concord and Rebecca Cline of China Grove; three siblings, Patricia Scaccettti and husband Alfred of Salisbury, Thomas Berkeyheiser and wife Penny of Hudson, CO and Nancy Holmes and wife Kelli of Concord; a granddog Copper; and a grandcat Trigger; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Whitley's Funeral Home Kannapolis. A funeral service will be held to celebrate Paula's life at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Whitley's Funeral Chapel. Rev. Dennis Craft will officiate.
