Mildred (Jordan) Price

Mildred Jordan Price, 97, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at her residence.
Mildred was born on November 18, 1925 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. She was a cherished daughter of the late Thomas Clyde and Flora Maybelle Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband George F. Price.

Mildred spent her career as a sewer, working in the Mill. She was a longtime member at Central Baptist Church in Kannapolis. Mildred loved camping and being outdoors. She and her husband George enjoyed taking walks together. Mildred was creative and would refinish old furniture.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Brenda (Joe) Smith and Peggy (Eddie) Tadlock; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Brian Smith (Dana), Celeste Hinson, Cameron Threadgill, Kelly Robinson (Davie), Mattie Robinson, Haleigh Wilson Robinson, Melissa Harrison (Mark), Cooper Harrison, Griffin Harrison, and Ella Harrison.

In honor of Ms. Price's wishes, a graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on March 13, 2023 at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove with Rev. Joe Smith officiating.
