Margaret Carolyn (James) Sheets

Margaret Carolyn James Sheets, 79 years old, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 8, 2022.  Margaret was born in Chesterfield County, SC on May 13, 1943 to the late Stofford and Bessie Tucker James. 

Margaret was a beautician up to her retirement.  She loved to travel, and has been to all 50 states several times, she was very talented in doing all different types of crafts, and was a longtime member of Crown Pointe Baptist Church.

Margaret was predeceased by her husbands, Woodrow McLain and Clyde Sheets, her 8 brothers and her 3 sisters.  Those left to cherish her memory are her niece and caregiver, Laura Dillard, her niece Angela James and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Crown Pointe Baptist Church, 703 Tennessee St, Kannapolis from 1-2pm with a funeral service to begin at 2pm with Rev. Gene Beaver officiating. Entombment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park Mausoleum.
