Madeline Bostian Obituary

Madeline Cavin Bostian, 100, of Landis, passed away peacefully at Morningside of Concord on Saturday, July 23, 2022.

Madeline was born on March 21, 1922 in Rowan County to the late Charles Cavin and Florence Garver Cavin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Bostian in 1998. She had five brothers who preceded her Otha, Ralph, Bill, Houston and David.

Madeline loved cooking, sewing, her church, chauffering friends to doctor's appointments, having lunch with longtime friends, her spoiled children and loved watching her grandsons' accomplishments. Any time with her great grandchildren brought a happy smile to her face.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Risa (Richard) Little, son, Irwin Bostian; grandsons, Ryan Little (Katherine) and Rex Little (Jenn). Great grandchildren Asher, Micah, Gideon, Norah and Morgan.

Services will remain private at this time.
