Kathy Jo (Liverman) Cagle

Kathy Jo Liverman Cagle, 72, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 27, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Kathy was born on March 17, 1950 in Cabarrus County to the late Edwin Wright Liverman and Gertrude Dudley Liverman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tony Cagle.

Kathy worked for Wells Fargo in loss prevention for 40 years. She was a faithful Christian and a lifelong member of Central United Methodist Church in Concord. She enjoyed going shopping. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 39 years, Danny Cagle; daughters, Christine Cagle and Tricia Fisher and husband, Frank; grandchildren, Cooper Fisher and Bentley Fisher, and a sister, Linda Keller.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023 in the parlor of Central United Methodist Church in Concord. The funeral service will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Latimer officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Concord.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081 or to Alzheimer’s Association 4600 Park Road, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28209.
