Katherine Lou (Mills) Belk

Katherine Lou Mills Belk, 83, of Kannapolis, passed away on Sunday January 5, 2020 at Atrium Health – Cabarrus. Born March 12, 1936 in Union County, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Ada Little Mills.

Mrs. Belk is survived by her husband, James Belk; 3 daughters, Rebecca Mullins of Kannapolis, Martha Belk of Kannapolis, and Teresa Belk of Kannapolis; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Mullins (Ray Pacheco) of Concord, and Tiffany Mullins of Kannapolis; and a great granddaughter Lillian Pacheco of Concord.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday January 8, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church, 703 Buick Avenue Kannapolis. Rev RJ Hammond will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 -2:00 PM Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
