Karri Michelle Cress

Karri Michelle Cress, 37, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 6 2021.

Karri was born in Cabarrus County on March 16, 1983.

Karri will be remembered for being humorous and always full of life.

Karri was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda Cress; grandfather, Bob Brooks, and a daughter, Monica Burrell, and aunt, Lisa Murray.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Cathy (Alex) Moose; father, Jeff (Kym) Cress; three children, Destiny Simmons, Christopher Dellinger, and Ceelee Soden; four sisters, Sharon (Travis) Cress, Alexis (Tim) Moose, Candace Moose and Alex Coble; two brothers, Tyler Coble and Josh (Julie) Coble; grandmother, Candy Brooks; grandfather, Gerald Cress; aunt, Kathy Williams (Bob); a host of cousins, nephews and one neice who will all miss her dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at The Cove Church in Statesville.
