Eugene Faris Beasley

Eugene Faris Beasley “Gene”, 73 of Kannapolis, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his home with his beloved wife of 55 years, Joan Iannotte Beasley and loyal pet, Dewey by his side.

Gene was born on February 6, 1949 in Cabarrus Co. to the late Fisher Jones Beasley, Jr. and Margaret Faris Beasley. He joined the family business, Beasley Cross Chevrolet and later owned and operated Beasley Preowned.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Emily Alta Beasley.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Joan Iannotte Beasley; son, Michael Eugene Beasley “Mike”, brother, Fisher Jones Beasley III and wife Alice; brother, Robert Fuller Beasley and wife, Jean; brother-in-law, John Iannotte and wife, Sharon; brother-in-law, James Wetter and wife Pamela, and Kim Iannote, David Iannotte, Danny Iannotte nephews and nieces.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2022 at Carolina Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Whitley’s Funeral Home.
