Edith Karen Beall

Edith Karen Flatley Beall, 77, of Kannapolis died unexpectedly at her home on Friday, February 19, 2021.

The family will receive friends at Whitley’s Funeral Home from
 6:00 to 8:00PM on Saturday, February 27, 2021.

She was born October 1, 1943 in Newark, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Daum Flatley. In addition to her parents Edith was preceded in death by her two brothers, Joseph and Edward Flatley.

 Edith was a homemaker for her family and lovingly cared for her husband and children and grandchildren. She moved to Kannapolis with her husband Ronald in 2007 from New Jersey and quickly made many dear friends.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ronald Keith Beall; her son, Robert Beall (Shawna) and her daughter, Joy Penk (Richard), and her grandchildren, Nicholas Gallicchio (Arielle), Haley Penk, Lacey Beall, Marceline “Ryan” Penk, Ronald Beall and Brandon Beall.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
