Donald Ray Lewis

Donald Ray Lewis, 88, of Kannapolis, passed away, Friday, January 20, 2023 at The Tucker Hospice House,
He was born October 19, 1934 in Rowan County to the late Grady Hill Lewis and Fannie Mae Lewis.
Don worked at the mill early in his life , he owned and operated Don's Bragin Shop for 40 years, Don enjoyed buying and selling, he was a loving husband, father, and grandpa.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Becky Grice, and a grandson Dustin Lewis.
Those left to cherish his memory, his wife Barbara Lewis, two sons, Danny Lewis (Helen), Rick Lewis (Rhonda), grandchildren, Amber Lewis, Dwayne Ervin, Tina Graham (David), Kyle Morgan, and three great grandchildren, Presley Helton, Harper and Nola Smith, also surviving one brother Bill Lewis.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Lakeview Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Cole officiating, family will receive friends following the service at the church.
