Daisy Gainey Obituary

Daisy Mae Greenfield Gainey, 72, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 15, 2021.

Daisy was born on January 21, 1949 in West Virginia to the late Robert Greenfield and Goldie Frazier Greenfield.

Daisy worked as a Supervisor at Cannon Mills for numerous years. She was very outgoing and always full of laughter. She enjoyed cooking for others to enjoy. She was very well thought of in the neighborhood and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband of 13 years, Stephen Gainey; two sons, Scotty Wayne Perez of WV and John Robert Perez of TX, and a daughter, Cathy Ann Fisher of VA.
