Barbara (Clark) Saunders

Barbara Clark Saunders of Oakwood Ave in Concord passed away peacefully July 8th at Atrium Health Cabarrus with her husband Gary (G.W.) and family at her side.

She was born December 18th 1940 to the late Earnest and Bertha Clark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by first husband Gerald  Balcerak and  her brother Nelson Clark ( surviving spouse Jo). Those left to cherish her memory her husband Gary Saunders: Three children: Jerry Balcerak ( Denise), Ramona Bergvist (Scott), Sabrina Balcerak ,Two step children: Trevor Saunders (Tammy), Heather Hanley, Grandchildren: Cara Bass(Steven), Luke, Jacob, Robin, Dylan, Austin & 3 Great-grand children and two grand-dogs. She will be sadly missed by other family and friends.

Barbara for years enjoyed selling Antiques and Collectible's, traveling the country in their bus with her husband doing sound and singing on their Country Music Shows along with spending time in her sun room when home watching her westerns and nature out windows.

 A memorial service will be held Saturday July 17th at 2PM at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel in Kannapolis.
