Arthur Frazier Belanger, 69, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 due to Covid-19 complications.
Arthur was born on April 3, 1952, in Middlesex County, MA., a son of the late Nelson Belanger Jr. and Elizabeth Frazier Belanger.
Arthur was an amazing man, who meant so much, to so many people.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Elaine Belanger; and his two daughters, Michelle Lynn Clark of Orlando, FL and Laura Beth Harnois of Kannapolis; along with 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
