Amiee (Morgan) Lara

Amiee Elizabeth Morgan Lara, 35, of Kannapolis passed away December 23, 2020. She was born May 28, 1985 in Davidson County, a daughter of Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Tina Lanette Hunt Morgan of China Grove.

Amiee loved gardening and especially her flowers, animals and loved all types of crafts. She dearly loved her kitty Gizmo and her bird Ollie. She loved helping anybody that needed her anytime didn’t matter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Dennis Morgan. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Monday evening at Whitley’s.

In addition to her parents, Amiee is survived by her children, Airean and Abagayle, her sister, Heather Morgan and her nephew, Ezekiel Morgan, and Grandmothers Lynda Hunt of Lexington and Betty Morgan of Kannapolis and several Aunts and Uncles and numerous cousins.
