Valerie L. Dayvault

Valerie Lawing Dayvault, 92, of Concord, passed away, Monday, October 26, 2026 at Morningside Assisted Living.

She was born in Kannapolis, NC to the late Ralph Portman Lawing, and Lillian Lee Corley.

Valerie was a diligent and loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Otto Dayvault Jr. and sister Delsie L. Maples.

Those left to cherish her memory, her son John Otto Dayvault III his wife Beverley and one granddaughter, Teal Dayvault.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 5, 2026 at Oakwood Cemetery.
