Terry "Buzzard" Eugene Foster, 70, of Mooresville, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at his home.

Terry was born March 18, 1955, in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late Thomas Foster and the late Mary Steele Mills.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Whitley's Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Whitley's Funeral Home in Kannapolis, officiated by Pastor Doug Hardin.

Survivors include wife of 35 years, Terry Black Foster of Mooresville; siblings, Chuck Foster of Charlotte and Denise Johannoes of Kings Mountain; children, Stephanie Lindsay of Salisbury, NC; Jason Foster of Concord, and Tanya Logan of Salisbury; grandchildren, Madelyn and Ada Lindsay, Dylan and Leah Foster, Tatumn Dean, Chase and Hannah Logan; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Terry loved his Harley’s, hot rods, playing chess, taking pictures, and blowing up everyone’s phones. His love for all animals and creatures was like no other. He never met a stranger; he would find a way to make you laugh. He loved his family, and serving this Country in the United States Marine Corp. and he spoke about them often. Above all he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
