Teresa Lynn Martin Ludwig, 71, of Kannapolis NC, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at her home. 

Teresa was born July 29, 1954, in Gaston County, North Carolina to the late Vernon Kenneth Martin and the late Zelma Faye Holland Martin. 

She was also preceded in death by V. Kenny Martin. 

Survivors include husband of 42 years, Michael Ludwig of Kannapolis NC; and children, Brian Wilkins (Barbara) of Newport News, VA and Aubrie Benge (Rich) of Liberty, IN.

She served four years in the United States Army in Europe and Georgia. Teresa enjoyed traveling in the RV to visit family and friends. She enjoyed making home made crafts for family and friends. She loved music and sharing her love of it with family. Teresa was giving and generous with her time and efforts making sure her family and friends were happy and in need of nothing. She was always ready with a smile, hug and kind words when anybody needed a pick me up.
