Rose Marie (Ruff) O'Neal

Rose Marie Ruff O’Neal, 67, of Kannapolis passed away October 27, 2022. She was born September 19, 1955 in Alamance County, NC, a daughter of the late Fred Earl Ruff and Mildred Louise Riddle Ruff. She was preceded by her husband, George Curtis O’Neal, daughter, Tasha O’Neal, sister, Anita Upright, and brothers, Fred and Michael Ruff.

Rose had worked at Boston Corner Store in Kannapolis for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, Nov. 2nd at Tabernacle United Methodist Church Cemetery, McBee, SC.

Rose is survived by sons, Floyd Fleeman, Curtis O’Neal, Bryan O’Neal, grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Jeremy and Timothy Fleeman, Derek O’Neal, Brian O’Neal, Emma Rose O’Neal, great grandchildren, Ava Moon O’Neal, Skylar Fleeman and sister, Lori Seamon.
