Priscilla Fay McDaniel

Priscilla Fay McDaniel, 76, of Salisbury, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 31, 2025. She was born on September 22, 1949, in Owensboro, KY to the late Herbert McDaniel and Wilma Jean (Bivens) Rodgers.

Priscilla was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. She moved to North Caolina in the early 1980’s. Priscilla was a longtime member of Sloan Lake Community Church. She loved her pastor, church family and the Lord Jesus Christ. She loved reading the Bible and witnessing to people everywhere. She cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Tammy Elledge and Vickie (Jason) Johnson; six grandchildren, Justin Breedlove, Jesse Breedlove, Terry Honeycutt Jr., Monica Elledge, Crystal Shouse and Jessica Elledge; seven great grandchildren; her brother, Herbert Gene McDaniel; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Shirley McDaniel and infant Vickie McDaniel, her brother, Billy Joe McDaniel and infant grandson, Rufus Elledge;

Family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Sloan Lake Community Church, 140 Glory Rd, China Grove, NC, at 12:00 PM Noon until the time of service. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the church with Pastor Zachary Sizemore officiating. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Park.
