Phyllis Ann (Allman) Fink

Kannapolis

Phyllis Ann Allman Fink, 81 years old, of Kannapolis, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 8, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Phyllis was born on October 19,1942 in Cabarrus County to the late James and Azilee Norris Allman.

Phyllis was a member of Rodgers Park Baptist Church.  She loved her Lord and her family, especially her granddaughters and her great grandchildren.  Phyllis worked for Cannon Mills for 38 years, starting as a weaver in the weaving room and eventually retiring as an inspector.  In her spare time, she loved to cook and go to the beach.

Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, her first husband, Harold Walter Link; her two brothers, Thurman and Jerry Allman, and her step granddaughter Bethani Ridenhour Gallagher.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donald June Fink; her daughter, Ramona Holman and her husband David; her stepdaughter, Donna Wehunt and her husband Billy; her sister, Rebecca Holt; her grandchildren, Jordan Middleton and her husband Jeremey, Marisa Loftin; her step grandchildren, Zachary Ridenhour and his wife Peyton, Noah Ridenhour and his wife Amber, and Jonah Ridenhour; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Wren, Ryker Saltz, Maverick Wren, Linkoln and Asher Middleton; her step great grandchildren, Finley and Lakelyn Ridenhour, Avy Hollemon, Adah and Zoey Doyle, Reahnah, Raelynn, and William Gallagher, Samuel, Heidi and Aiden Ridenhour, and multiple nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 1-2pm at Rodgers Park Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 2pm with Rev. Joel Ervin officiating.  The interment will follow in New Testament Independent Baptist Church Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus or to Rodgers Park Baptist Church Building Fund.
