Miranda Roxanne Furr

Obituary: Miranda Roxanne Heath Furr, 33, of Kannapolis went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2017 at her residence. She was born April 28, 1984 in Cabarrus County, NC a daughter of Robert E. Heath and Gail Atwell Heath. Miranda was a homemaker. She had been employed in retail sales earlier in her life. She was of the Baptist Faith. Miranda was an avid Panthers' fan. She also enjoyed watching all football teams on TV. Her greatest love was her children. Funeral services will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church in Kannapolis conducted by Rev. R.J. Hammond. Interment will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 12:00-1:30 P.M. prior to service. Family members left to cherish her memory are her parents; mother, Gail Atwell Heath of Kannapolis, her father and stepmother, Robert and Kay Heath of China Grove, one son, Jackson Robert Furr and one daughter, Mallory Furr both of Kannapolis, two stepsisters, Jennifer (Garrett) Raper of China Grove, and Sarah (Russell) Robinette of Kannapolis and her boyfriend, Jeremy McDaniel of Kannapolis, four aunts; Pam Dixon and husband Roy Naylor of Mocksville, Delores (Bill) of Kannapolis, the late Geraldine Fortson and husband Eddie of Kannapolis, and Heather (Melvin) Pope of New London, one uncle, Troy (Debbie) Heath of Kannapolis, 15 first cousins( including a special cousin; Brandy) and numerous second cousins. Memorials may be made to the Cabarrus County Humane Society, 2010 Wilshire Ct. SW, Concord, NC 28025. Whitley's Funeral Home is serving the family of Ms. Furr.
