Kirk Lynn Argo, 69, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
Kirk was born on May 10, 1956 in Texas. He was a cherished son of the late Don Argo and Nancy Lisk Argo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother Mark Argo.
A true artist at heart, Kirk found joy and meaning in the beauty of handmade things. Whether it was through painting, pottery, woodworking, or crafting stained glass, his artistic spirit was evident in everything he created. Each piece reflected a deep connection to nature, craftsmanship, and the joy of making something with care.
Kirk had a lifelong love for animals and was an avid outdoorsperson. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and horseback riding, finding peace and adventure in the natural world.
A dedicated member of West Point Baptist Church, Kirk served as a deacon, offering wisdom, support, and a steady hand to his church family. His faith guided His actions, and he were a mentor to many—always ready with a listening ear, a thoughtful word, or a helping hand. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Craig Argo and Todd Argo; lifelong friend, Scott Bryant; his beloved dog, Sadie; and many loving family members and friends.
