Joyce Pedigo Obituary

Joyce Jane Rose Pedigo, age 64, passed away Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at Carolinas Healthcare System-NorthEast, Concord. 

She was born Oct. 3, 1950 in Dunklin County, Mo., the daughter of the late George Vincent Rose and Margaret Jo Weatherford Craig. Joyce was employed with Palmetto GBA (South Carolina BC/BS) for 18 years until her retirement. She and her family relocated to North Carolina from Missouri in 1984. Her children fondly remember her love for her special grandchildren and her granddogs that were devoted companions. 

Survivors include her two daughters, Stephanie Rose Pedigo of Kannapolis and Raechele Jane Johnson of Columbia, S.C.; her son, William Damon Pedigo of Senath, Mo.; two grandchildren, Nelson Johnson and Brett Pedigo; three siblings, Georgenia Rose of Kansas and Bruce Rose and Dean Rose, both of Missouri; and two granddogs, Peyton Rose and Macee Gray.

A memorial service to celebrate her life were held at a later date.
