Joyce Ann Lipe

Joyce Ann Lipe, 57, of Salisbury, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. She was born in Rushville, IN, on June 23, 1968, to Donna Kunkel Parrett and the late Kenneth Ferman.

Joyce married Eric Lipe on July 1, 2017, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Joyce was a business owner with her husband Eric at HD Consignment and Biker Wear. She was passionate about meeting new people and interacting with friends from all over that shared the love of riding motorcycles. Joyce thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the dirt tracks, drag strips, and all sorts of racing as well as car shows. She was an avid motorcycle rider and car enthusiast. Joyce enjoyed vacations with family and riding to destinations with Eric and friends. Joyce was a professional shopper and loved to find interesting new things that caught her eye. She was an excellent Billiards player and would run about any pool table she could get to.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Eric Lipe of Salisbury, NC; her sons, Kevin (Leah) Washam of Brookville, IN and Jeremy Williams of Wendell, NC; her stepson, Lathan Lipe; three grandchildren, Amelia, Meka and Layton; her mother Donna Parrett; three siblings; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Joyce’s family will gather with friends on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Whitley’s Funeral Home, 1748, Dale Earnhardt Blvd., Kannapolis, NC 28083. The family will gather at the Kannapolis Moose Lodge, 1860 Bostian Rd, China Grove, NC 28023, at 5:00 PM, for some prayers and a dinner.
