Joel Wayne Sneed

Obituary: Joel Wayne Sneed, 70, of Kannapolis passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014. He was born March 15, 1943 in Cabarrus County, the son of the late William F. and Helen Sue Henry Sneed. He had retired from AT&T, Charlotte. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard 1454th Transportation Company in Concord. He had a passion for his cars and music. He also loved working in his yard and gardening. A graveside service will be held at Bessemer City Cemetery on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM officiated by Rev. Jim Grigg. He is survived by his daughter, Karen Sneed Robinson of Charlotte, brother, Steve Sneed (Leah) of Mooresville, niece Lauren Sneed and nephew Brent Sneed both of Mooresville.
