Joe Franklin Yost

Joe Franklin Yost, 84, of Kannapolis, passed away, Monday, October 13, 2025 at Tucker Hospice House.

He was born November 29, 1940 in Rowan Co. to the late Charlie Franklin Yost and Lucy Louise Talbert Yost.

Joe was a man of God and enjoyed witnessing to people. He loved spending time with family especially his grandchildren, He also enjoyed visiting with friends and building Trike Motorcycles, he was also a licensed pilot and enjoyed flying when he was able, Joe enjoyed life and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents and also one sister Louise White.

Those left to cherish his memory, his daughter Tammy Misenheimer (David), his son Timothy Yost, two granddaughters, Amanda Corriher (Andrew), Ashley Misenheimer, one great grandchild, Anabell Corriher, and one sister Becky Marshall.

A private service will be held at a later date.
