Helen L. Davidson

Helen Long Davidson, 80, of Charlotte, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Helen was born on May 4, 1945, in Morven NC. She was a cherished daughter of the late Morman Long and Mollie Ann Long. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frankie Davidson and her sister, Shirley Meachum.

Helen had a deep love for British mystery shows, never missing an episode of her favorites. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grand -dog Ryder. Helen also looked forward to lunches with her niece and nephews and their families to celebrate birthdays. Helen will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but we have comfort in knowing she is now with the Lord.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Stephanie King and her husband Paul; granddaughters, Mary Emily King and Allison King; and loving grand-dog Ryder.

A graveside service to honor Helen’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Carolina Memorial Park in Concord, NC.
