Fletcher Crowley, 70, of China Grove, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, after a period of declining heath.

Fletcher was born on September 6, 1955, in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.

He was a cherished son of the late Charles Cliffton Crowley and Pauline Boan Crowley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Alan Sartain; son Charlie Crowley; sister, Polly Crowley; brother, Gene Crowley; and nephew, Albert Parks.

Fletcher loved NASCAR and was a devoted fan of Davey Allison. They enjoyed the simple things in life, especially Mountain Dew and Lance crackers.

A faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Fletcher loved his church family, congregation, and pastor. His faith was an important part of his life, and he enjoyed worshiping and fellowshipping with his church family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Rose Stone (Douglas); 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dessie Crowley and Rebecca Parks; Fletcher was also blessed with numerous nieces and nephews.
