Chad Everette Jackson, 49 years old, of Kannapolis, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 21, 2023. Chad was born on January 24, 1974, in Cabarrus County to Jack and Nora Diane Goodman Jackson.
Chad loved his family and friends and would do anything to help someone in need.
Chad attended South Rowan High School and played basketball and baseball in his youth. He grew up in the Westside Church of the Nazarene and recently rededicated his Life to his Lord. Chad has spent his career in the lawncare industry and was the owner of Correct Kutt Lawn Care in Kannapolis for many years. Chad loved to fish, go to yard sales and NASCAR.
Chad was predeceased by his brother, Gary Jackson in 2006. Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Jack Jackson; his mother, Nora Diane Goodman Jackson; his brother, Kenneth Jackson and his wife Janice; his sister, Angela McEachern and her husband Kenneth Griffith; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Christie who Chad was especially close with and her husband Grady, Joshua Jackson and his wife Allison, Caleb Jackson and his wife Shannon, Kimberly Megan Cooper and Jacob Jackson; as well as several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 1-2pm at Whitley’s Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2pm in the Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Will Davis and Rev. Josh Little. A private cremation will follow.
