Betty Colleen Johnson

Betty Colleen Johnson, 84, of China Grove, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Levine Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC

She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie Johnson Sr.

Betty was deeply loved by her four children and their spouses, as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was a dedicated wife and mother that loved the Lord. She cherished being in God’s house and taught her children to respect it. She was selfless, humble, hard-working and faithful in having her children in church.

Our hearts are overflowing with joy knowing that mom is where she’s longed to be. Healed and worshiping our Savior. He is worthy.

We are eternally grateful

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, August 10, 2026 at Carolina Memorial Park with Rev. Mike Rinehardt and Todd Stephens (Grandson).
