Beth Anita Thompson Cassidy went home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2024, at the age of 73. She was a beautiful, caring, and courageous woman dearly loved by so many.
She lived her life knowing she has shown and received so much love from her family and friends. She loved to ride motorcycles with her husband Charlie and many of their friends making everlasting memories, traveling the US to see all the different views out west. driving to the mountains to see the leaves change colors in the fall and sitting on her front porch with family and friends sharing old and new memories while also enjoying the several beautiful flower gardens Charlie created for her while also listening to her many wind chimes. She never met a stranger and gave a piece of her heart to all.
Her memory will live on through her family and friends. Beth is survived by her Son David Jones (Laurie); Granddaughter Korena Grider (Brandon); Great grandchildren Aibileen and Hunter; Grandson Dale Maines; Sister Kay Woolledge (Billy); Brother Steve Thompson (Mary); Sister Sherry Sloop (Doug); Brother-in-law Clay Stutts; and many very special Nephews and Nieces Gretta Gentle (Keith), Kim Roberts (Mike), Bradley Woolledge (Natasha), Justin Woolledge (Natalie), Alarie Stone (Chris), Brandy Suggs (Will) and Brandon Houser (Chelsea). She was preceded in death by her Husband Charles Cassidy; Son Paul Jones; Father DC Thompson; Mother Kate Thompson; and Sister Joyce Stutts,
A memorial will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Triplett Methodist Church at 11:00am, 838 Mazeppa Rd. Mooresville, NC 28115.
