Leonard Lamar Logan

Leonard Lamar Logan, 59, of Kannapolis passed away peacefully at home, December 29, 2019.

Leonard was born on November 18, 1960 to the Late Elder Leonard Logan and is survived by his Mother Betty Logan of Kannapolis, North Carolina.  Leonard will be reunited with his brother, Russell, who went to be with the Lord in 2009.

Leonard enjoyed being outdoors, working on cars with his boys and really enjoyed having a cookie or two on hand for his grandchildren.  Leonard’s greatest passion in life was spoiling his family. 

Those left to cherish Leonard’s memory are his mother, Betty Logan, sister, Patty and husband Barney Hanna of Concord, his life partner and best friend Linda Turner.  Leonard and Linda have two children Missy Williams and Beth Lineberger.  Leonard also enjoyed his grandchildren, Kayleb, Donnie, Elijah, Khloey and Kallie.  Leonard’s nieces include Kristen and Caitlyn and their children Gavyn and Kinsley.

The family will receive friends at Whitley’s Funeral Home on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will immediately follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in Mint Hill NC.
