Eric L Willis

On Friday, September 20, 2019, Eric Lawrence Willis of Mooresville NC passed away at the age of 54. Eric was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and served 28 years as a firefighter in Statesville NC. Eric was a loving husband and father of two sons. He was a warm, kind, beautiful, compassionate, and generous and loved to help those in need. One could not ask for a more ideal son, brother, husband, or father.

Eric is survived by his father Randy Willis, his mother Betty Willis, his sister Tracey Willis, his wife Wendy Willis, his sons Lance and Chad Willis, his step daughter Rylee Philipp, and grandson Seth Willis.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 11:00AM. Service will be held at noon. Both will be located at Whitley's Funeral Home in Kannapolis NC.

Keep your memories of Eric alive in your mind and heart. Never stop loving him.
