Andrew later started a career in home carpentry, specifically interior trim with Risley-Padula out of Wilmington, NC. He moved back to Kannapolis to take care of his wife during her battle with renal failure and took a job with Interior Woods, which he grew to love as family. He valued his job and you could tell in his product. He was a tremendously gifted carpenter. Andrew was also a devoted father, always doing everything he could to provide for his family. He cherished and loved both of his children, Austin and Keelie, very much. He was an exceptional husband, never straying from his vows and always standing behind Kristen through her toughest times. He valued family and friends and was always looking out for others before himself. He was a devoted Christian and held a strong faith in God and you could see the glory shine through just being around him. He loved to make people laugh and was always the life of the party. Andrew loved being outdoors, fishing, travelling, cruising, and enjoyed his video games. In his earlier years, he was involved in organized baseball and was a gifted skateboarder, both of which he enjoyed with his twin brother, Anthony.
