"I have known Randy for over thirty years. He was one of the finest men it has ever been my privilege to have been associated with. He was both friend and the brother to me that I never had. Words cannot express how he will be missed in my life. He visited me the Sunday before he passed and as he drove away I had no inkling that it would be last time I would ever seem him in this world. You never know when the last time will be.........."
